Summary

SpeedyParcel required a website which was easy to navigate even by the newest of internet users. The target audience was ebay sellers so the website had to be simple, fast and easy to use.

When Speedyparcel first approached us, their online presence was nothing more than a simple form which visitors had to fill in and then they would be contacted back with a price for the delivery of their parcel. With our help they are now trading online professionally with a full e-commerce website.

Guidelines

Speedyparcel was experiencing problems with clients not packaging items correctly. We produced a page specifically for this which outlined guidelines for packaging and was linked to from the front page.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When assesssing Speedyparcels current online trading it was noted that alot of time was being spent on replying to general questions which used alot of staff time. We created an FAQ page which outlined answers to the majority of common questions.

Automation

We created several automated facitlies for Speedyparcel ranging from quoting instantly for parcel delivery to accepting payments online. To read more about these features please click here.

Our design and automation has increased sales and saved staff time with regards to replying to general questions and having to reject parcels due to their packaging.
